Dysplasia

Dysplasia is a medical term describing a developmental problem. The term applies both to cells (cellular dysplasia) and general morphology such as structural cranial bone abnormalities (cranial dysplasia).

Changes in cells representing the first stage of development of cancer (pre-cancerous state).
